Return, Shipping and Pricing Policy

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Galo. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund.

Please contact us and include the corresponding receipt or transaction number, whenever applicable, in any communication.

For internet/phone orders being shipped, we will issue a refund for any unused item we receive back within 21 days of original receipt date. All returns must be accompanied by a completed return form. All discounted merchandise 40% off and higher are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges. Please use original shipping box and materials and include a copy of your receipt. Shipping and insurance charges for all returns are the customer's responsibility.

All hats and handbags are FINAL SALE - no returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be processed for the original purchase price and will be issued within 5 business days of our receiving and inspecting them. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be issued on the same card as the original purchase.

Exchanges

You may exchange unused purchased items within 21 days of original receipt date. Please follow the instructions from the RETURNS section above. There will be a a flat $5.00 re-shipping charge on all exchanges (Ground shipping only).

Shipments

Before we can ship, we process the order to verify availability of your choice(s). Shipping selections and credit card information, as all credit card transactions, are subject to verification by the issuing institution. Your order will be processed within 3 days and we will contact you by email if necessary. All shipments of orders received on weekends will go out the following Tuesday, including priority shipments. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground shipping is estimated to be 2-7 days depending on your location (shipments to Alaska and Hawaii take longer, as any orders shipped near a holiday observed by UPS). If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an update on the status of your order. If you order more than one item and they are not all in stock, we will send them separately at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Areas and Restrictions

Orders can only be shipped to locations within the US. All orders are shipped via UPS, therefore shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped UPS 2nd Day or UPS overnight.

Saturday deliveries will be made only to those addresses with normal UPS Saturday delivery schedules plus the additional surcharge for Saturday delivery.

Price Adjustments

Sale Adjustment

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within two weeks of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item and designer goods originally purchased on sale are excluded.

Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.
