After graduating from FIT in 1980, Bo Botté began to live his dream: to design and produce beautiful leather goods of the finest quality with the finest materials. He began as a freelance designer and gained valuable experience by working with well known brands such as Donna Karan and Kate Spade. He opened his first factory in the Garment District in NY and today, over 30 years later, produces his stunning line of 100% handcrafted boots in Marseilles, France. Each and every boot is unique, handmade from drum died calf leather, lined in goat skin and hand stitched by his 9 artisan shoe makers.
